Plastic mould tools are our business ! We have extensive sources for the design and manufacture of moulds within the UK and abroad, with particular emphasis on China and Portugal as sources of injection moulding tooling that meets exacting quality standards without breaking the bank ! We have partners on the spot in those countries to keep close control of the manufacturing and report back progress to us and the end user.

Combining our UK design team and CAD-CAM facilities with high technology CNC machine tools, including wire erosion, at our mouldmakers' premises we are able to offer a complete service of full 3D design and manufacture of new tooling including high levels of technical project management. This way we can provide the cost benefits of overseas manufacture without the hidden costs of in-house management of the build phase.

We have particular expertise in complicated technical mouldings for the electrical, automotive, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. We can also arrange for competitively-priced manufacture of the final product, again in the UK or overseas, where the client requires this.
